Policy for Students in England

Students who both (a) are studying at universities that are located in England AND (b) order an essay material that is to be used for an assessed university submission.

The rules do NOT affect:

• Students who order essays for private- or self-learning, e.g. to improve their knowledge of a given topic.
• Students who are studying at universities located in Scotland, Wales, or any other country.
• Students located in or from England studying at universities outside of England.
• Students who order any of our other services: proofreading, editing, tutoring, marking, application assistance, and so on.

Please read and follow this section carefully, since we will cancel orders which do not meet the new rules.

1. Permitted Essay / Dissertation Orders

   If you are studying at an English university, then we will not sell you any essay or dissertation material unless it is explicitly for one of these purposes:

   a) Wholly for private study or self-learning.

   b)To be published publicly, for example in a magazine or on a website.

2. Order Documentation

   If you submit with your order documentation – e.g. a university handbook, marking criteria, tutor comments – which suggests that you are using this work for part of a university assessment, then we will cancel your order.

3. Evidence of Use

   Where information in your order is ambiguous, we reserve the right to request further written evidence that the work will be used for a permitted purpose.

   Where such evidence is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Please follow these rules carefully and do not make orders which we are forced to cancel – wasting your time and ours!
